Complaints

Step 1: communicate to us what it is you are unhappy with.
If you are not happy with Step 1,
Step 2: Make a written complaint to our email or by post.

subject: Complaint.
We will contact you within 3 days and will send you a written response in 40 days of your complaint.
All complaints are confidential, be assured that raising a complaint will not affect your care with us.
Step 3: You can get support from different agencies in relation to your complaint.
